TRX Suspension System Group Class:

TRX defined is “Total body Resistance eXercise. This class is Circuit Training, wich is the most popular TRX class, challenging users with a fast-paced workout that combines TRX strength exercises with cardio drills. Timed sets will keep your heart rate pumping as you power through the reps at your own pace. Sign up now and get started on your fitness goals with friends, and others helping keep the energy going.

TRX Rip Trainer Group Class:

During class, we will deliver 3 rounds of strength and agility based movements with the TRX RIP Trainer. In between each round, we test your cardio in the training studio. Whatever pace you choose for the class,

Rip Training utilizes a lever bar and resistance cord to provide a unique mix of rotation, core stability, control, power, strength, mobility, metabolic conditioning, balance and coordination challenges. In the class we will be engaged in unlimited movements which, when performed properly, enhance fluidity and range of motion and decrease the risk of injury. Bootcamp Packages:

Boot Camp is a fast paced, grueling, intense but supportive group environment where you will safely be pushed beyond what you ever thought you could achieve. We make Boot Camp exciting and fulfilling for participants of all levels. We also make it fun with team games, enjoyable outdoor environments, and his sense of humor. Camp runs with the instructor, (Me) who help to push and support every “camper”. So bring a towel, water, and let’s start camp today.
