I woke up one morning weighing over 200 pounds – at least that is how it seemed. You may think this is hard to believe, but being a mom of three boys and being put on bed rest for each pregnancy, the pounds just kept accumulating. After watching one of my close friends Michelle Aguilar win the title of the Biggest Loser I decided if she can do it, then so can I! So far I have lost a total of 60 pounds! I have not reached my ultimate goal, but I am on my way and nothing is going to stop me!
I have been working out about five days a week, and I realized that small goals are much easier to obtain, and it gives you a ton of opportunities to celebrate success. I am so thankful, if it wasn't for the encouragement/training of Andre, and other staff members, then I wouldn't be where I am today.
